Jardine Engineering Corporation (JEC) and MGI Group Holdings Limited (MGI), a leading healthcare engineering solution provider in Hong Kong and Macau, today announced that they have reached an agreement that MGI’s businesses will become a part of JEC’s business in January 2022.
For decades, JEC has been offering a wide range of healthcare solutions to healthcare service providers to enhance the quality of patient care across Asia. Combining JEC’s capabilities with MGI’s experience and expertise in healthcare and laboratory facility solutions, the Company will be well placed to capture market opportunities and grow its healthcare engineering business in today’s rapidly changing environment.
