Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company’s D365 ERP system;
- Develop and implement system policies, procedures, and standards for the enterprise systems;
- Ensure the smooth operation of the enterprise systems and provide technical support to end-users;
- Analyze the business requirements and recommend system enhancements to improve the performance and functionality of the enterprise systems;
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues and implement system integrations;
- Develop and maintain system documentation, user manuals, and training materials;
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee software upgrades and maintenance;
- Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations;
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for the enterprise systems;
- Implement new CRM and other systems;
- Lead a small team of IT business analysts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
- 5+ years of experience in managing enterprise systems, preferably D365 ERP system;
- Experience in project management, system analysis, and business process improvement;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiating software contracts;
- Knowledge of the engineering industry or with finance background is a plus.
