Our unique two-year Management Trainee (MT) Programme provides invaluable practical experience in the engineering field, under the guidance of JEC veterans. The MT will be assigned to different business units on a rotation basis to gain an overview of how JEC’s business operates. In addition, appropriate individuals may be relocated for assignments in JEC’s overseas business units for broader and international exposure.
Objective
To develop a group of potential leaders and managers equipped with essential technical knowledge and business skills to support succession plan and the company’s future business expansion, through structured development and all-rounded training curriculums for all recruited MTs.

Requirements
Fresh graduates or degree holder in Engineering disciplines, with less than 2 years of working experience
Strong interest & enthusiasm in developing a career towards engineering and/or business development
Good interpersonal skills with positive attitude, eagerness to learn
Good planning and analytical skills
Proficient in both English and Cantonese (or Mandarin)
The ideal candidate will play a key role in the overall project management, ranging from tendering, budget proposal, design development to the execution of projects to ensure all site works are completed in a safe, timely, quality, and cost-effective manner.
Job Duties:
Responsible for handling electrical works in various types of buildings especially Fitting-out and Alternation and Addition projects
Arrange Periodic Inspection, Testing and Commissioning (PITC) as well as routine maintenance work for all fixed electrical installations
Prepare related documentation such as work proposal, technical submission, method statements, work reports, quotation etc
Work closely with different stakeholders including clients, suppliers, subcontractors as well as project teams throughout the whole installation process
Provide technical advice and guidance to project teams and subcontractors to ensure all site installation works are complying with contractual and statutory requirement
Conduct on-site supervision and monitor work quality with subcontractors
Attend emergency calls and perform overnight site work if required
Job Requirements:
Degree holder in Electrical / Building Services / Mechanical or other engineering related discipline
Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in E&M field, especially fitting-out, alteration and addition work
Proficient knowledge of building services installation and relevant statutory regulations e.g., WR2
Familiar with project coordination and site progress monitoring
A good team player with agile mindset. Strong project management, problem-solving and communication skills are essential
Good command of both English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office Project and AutoCAD
Candidate with less experience would be considered as Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our security operation team in the control room to ensure our services are delivered to clients in a smooth, timely and quality manner.
Job Duties:
Provide customer service to our key clients by responding to their enquiries in a timely and quality way
Work closely with security operation team on ad-hoc work arrangement and assign technicians to attend emergency service call
Handle general office duties including data maintenance, photocopying, enquiry handling as well as job order record keeping
Perform other ad-hoc assignments as required
Work Pattern: 6-day work week (Mon-Sat), work on shift basis (8.5 hours per shift), Day: 0730-1600 / Evening: 1500-2330. Shift allowance provided
Work location: Kwun Tong Control Room
Job Requirements:
HKCEE/DSE holder or above
Minimum 3 years of clerical support experience, experience in Customer Services / Call Centre is highly advantageous
Detail-minded, willing to take up responsibility with good coordination and communication skills
Good Command of both English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office including Words, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Immediate availability is highly preferable

Proficient knowledge of building services installation and relevant statutory regulations

Responsible for project planning, system design, project management, tender submission, on-site trouble-shooting, site work coordination with suppliers, sub-contractors and clients.
Requirements
Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services or Environmental Engineering;
8 years of experience in relevant engineering field;
Experience in electrical, water treatment or filtration systems is an advantage;
Holder of registered electrical license would be preferable;
A team player with strong analytical ability;
Self-motivated and able to work independently;
Proficient knowledge in project management and good interpersonal skills;
Good command of English and Chinese.
