We now invite individuals of high caliber to join our JEC Management Trainee (MT) Program. Our 2-year MT program provides a solid path for engineering graduates with great potentials to become future business leaders. We will provide genuine support and guidance to MT for career and personal development.

Program Review

  • To provide a structured and all-rounded training curriculum for all Management Trainees;
  • To develop a group of potential managers and leaders with essential technical knowledge and business skills to support JEC’s succession planning and for future business expansion;
  • Management Trainees from disciplines of Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering can be registered onto HKIE Graduate Training Scheme “A” program.

  • Project experiences and exposure within the company as well as Jardine Group;
  • On-the-job experience through participation in signature projects;

Qualification

  • University graduates in Engineering disciplines;
  • Strong interest and enthusiasm in developing a career towards engineering and/or business development;
  • Good interpersonal skills with positive attitude, eagerness to learn;
  • Good planning and analytical skills;
  • Excellent command in English and Chinese.

IT Manager – Enterprise Systems

Information Technology 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the company’s D365 ERP system; 
  • Develop and implement system policies, procedures, and standards for the enterprise systems; 
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the enterprise systems and provide technical support to end-users; 
  • Analyze the business requirements and recommend system enhancements to improve the performance and functionality of the enterprise systems;
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues and implement system integrations; 
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, user manuals, and training materials; 
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee software upgrades and maintenance; 
  • Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations;
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for the enterprise systems;
  • Implement new CRM and other systems;
  • Lead a small team of IT business analysts.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in managing enterprise systems, preferably D365 ERP system; 
  • Experience in project management, system analysis, and business process improvement; 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams; 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; 
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiating software contracts; 
  • Knowledge of the engineering industry or with finance background is a plus.

Senior Engineer / Engineer (Electrical)

Role Summary

 

The ideal candidate will play a key role in the overall project management, ranging from tendering, budget proposal, design development to the execution of projects to ensure all site works are completed in a safe, timely, quality, and cost-effective manner.

 

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for handling electrical works in various types of buildings especially Fitting-out and Alternation and Addition projects
  • Arrange Periodic Inspection, Testing and Commissioning (PITC) as well as routine maintenance work for all fixed electrical installations
  • Prepare related documentation such as work proposal, technical submission, method statements, work reports, quotation etc
  • Work closely with different stakeholders including clients, suppliers, subcontractors as well as project teams throughout the whole installation process
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to project teams and subcontractors to ensure all site installation works are complying with contractual and statutory requirement
  • Conduct on-site supervision and monitor work quality with subcontractors
  • Attend emergency calls and perform overnight site work if required

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Electrical / Building Services / Mechanical or other engineering related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in E&M field, especially fitting-out, alteration and addition work
  • Proficient knowledge of building services installation and relevant statutory regulations e.g., WR2
  • Familiar with project coordination and site progress monitoring
  • A good team player with agile mindset. Strong project management, problem-solving and communication skills are essential
  • Good command of both English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office Project and AutoCAD

Customer Service Assistant (Security Operation Support)

Role Summary

 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our security operation team in the control room to ensure our services are delivered to clients in a smooth, timely and quality manner.

 

 

Job Duties:

  • Provide customer service to our key clients by responding to their enquiries in a timely and quality way
  • Work closely with security operation team on ad-hoc work arrangement and assign technicians to attend emergency service call
  • Handle general office duties including data maintenance, photocopying, enquiry handling as well as job order record keeping
  • Perform other ad-hoc assignments as required
  • Work Pattern: 6-day work week (Mon-Sat), work on shift basis (8.5 hours per shift), Day: 0730-1600 / Evening: 1500-2330. Shift allowance provided
  • Work location: Kwun Tong Control Room

Job Requirements:

  • HKCEE/DSE holder or above
  • Minimum 3 years of clerical support experience, experience in Customer Services / Call Centre is highly advantageous
  • Detail-minded, willing to take up responsibility with good coordination and communication skills
  • Good Command of both English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office including Words, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate availability is highly preferable

  • Provide technical advice and guidance to project teams and subcontractors to ensure all site installation works are complying with contractual and statutory requirement
  • Monitor the progress of project and conduct periodic site inspection, testing and commissioning of building services installations and follow up on defect rectification work if required

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Building Services / Mechanical or other engineering related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in E&M field, especially fitting-out, alteration and addition work

  • Supervise a team of Project Coordinators for fitting out or A&A projects;
  • Control and monitor overall site activities and liaise with clients, suppliers and subcontractors;
  • Provide technical advice and ensure all site installation works comply with contractual and statutory requirement;
  • Train up subordinates on project management skills.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Building Studies or other engineering related discipline;
  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience in fitting out or building service related projects;
  • Proficient knowledge in project management and problem solving skill;
  • A good decision maker with strong people management skill;
  • An excellent communicator with good command of both English and Chinese;
  • Highly motivated, proactive and enthusiastic individual;
  • Familiar with MS Office Project and AutoCAD.
