- Provide daily operation services following maintenance plans
- Study electrical, sanitary, air conditioning, communication, building automation (BAS) and CCTV operation systems
- Ensure equipments and systems are operational
- Perform services and maintenance as requested

Requirements
- Male
- Vocational Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Power, Mechanical or related field
- 2-3 years experience in operation and preventive maintenance air conditioning system. Experience in fire alarm system is a plus
- Able to work in periods

- Analysis and make report for cause of illnesses and injuries at the workplace in order to prevent recurrence
Requirements
- Male, age not over 35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in occupational health and safety or environmental health or related field with certificate of safety officer in professional level.
- 0-2 years experience in building installation, construction or industry would be preferred
- Strong knowledge in laws and standard of safety management, health and environment
- Able to communicate and build up safety awareness and safety training arrangement would be preferred
- Able to work under pressure
