JEC Singapore is the M&E operation & maintenance services provider for One Raffles Quay (ORQ) and two office towers in the Marina Bay Finance Centre (MBFC) in Singapore. JEC works in partnership with Raffles Quay Asset Management (RQAM) to provide round the clock services to these two landmark properties.

MBFC is a first-class waterfront business centre in downtown Singapore jointly developed by Cheung Kong, Hongkong Land, and Keppel Land. The property is managed by Raffles Quay Asset Management (RQAM). The development comprises 3 million square feet of Grade A office space, two residential towers, and 176,000 square feet of retail space. The development has been awarded the Green Mark Gold and Gold Plus awards for its sustainability features.

ORQ, located in the central business district, consists of two office towers with 1.3 million square feet of office space. Designed for maximum efficiency and flexibility, and built with abundant provisions for uninterrupted operations, all floors at ORQ can accommodate trading operations comparable to any of Asia's leading buildings.

M&E Operation & Maintenance at MBFC & ORQ
With MBFC and ORQ in close proximity JEC draws synergies from these two teams working closely together, covering a total area of 3 million square feet. The two teams’ 60 mechanical & electrical engineers and technicians work round the clock to ensure that MBFC and ORQ continue to run at optimal efficiency.
