JEC Thailand was awarded a contract to supply, install, test and commission environmental control system, plumbing & drainage system, fire services system and electrical system for Bangkok MRT Orange Line East Section. The scope of work covers 2 underground stations (Lam Sali and Sri Burapha) along the line and 3 intervention shafts. It is expected to be completed by October 2022.

Bangkok ICS Tower Project
JEC Thailand secured the contract for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of sanitary & fire protection system and air conditioning & ventilation system at the ICS Tower by the Chao Phraya River, Bangkok.
Opposite to the landmark shopping mall ICONSIAM with a total area of 8,800 sqm, the project is a mixed-use development that includes a 11-storey office building with shopping mall as well as a 29-storey Hilton Garden Inn hotel.

Power Upgrade for Bumrungrad International Hospital
JEC Thailand secured a contract to upgrade the generator room in Bumrungrad International Hospital in Bangkok, the first non-US hospital to earn an Excellence designation from the Global Healthcare Accreditation (GHA) Program. The project team will supply and install 2 new generator sets to increase current power capacity from 2,000 kVA to 2,500 kVA and replace the existing transformer. The project is expected to be completed in May 2020.
Krungsri Rama III Tower Project
JEC Thailand secured a contract to supply, install, test and commission sanitary & fire protection system, electrical & communication system, and air conditioning & ventilation system at Krungsri Rama III Tower, the headquarters of Bank of Ayudhya in Bangkok.
Located on Rama III Road with a total area of 82,000 sqm, the 22-stoery tower comprises of 2 basements, auditorium, learning centre, as well as a pavilion in Thai style. The project is expected to be completed in February 2022.

The Unicorn Integrated Development Project
JEC Thailand was awarded contracts for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of mechanical system, sanitary and fire protection systems for The Unicorn project.
The Unicorn is a 51-storey luxurious mixed-use development located next to BTS Phayathai Station, Bangkok. Occupying a total area of 120,000 sqm, it comprises 5-star hotel, office space, serviced apartment, shopping mall, 900 parking spaces as well as a skywalk connecting the BTS station.
The project incorporates green building technology in its design and operation system that targets to achieve the Gold rating of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) for Core & Shell. It is expected to be completed in August 2021.

JEC Thailand Secures RASA Phetchaburi Office & Commercial Building Project
JEC Thailand secured the contract to supply, install, test and commission the air-conditioning and ventilation system, sanitary and fire protection system, as well as electrical and communication system for RASA Phetchaburi Office and Commercial Building.
Located at Asok-Phetchaburi Intersection, Bangkok with a total area of 45,000 sqm, the project is a 29-storey office building with retail space, food court and 650 parking spaces. The project is expected to be completed in December 2020.
JEC Thailand Provides M&E Systems for The Forestias
JEC Thailand was awarded the contract for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of airconditioning and ventilation system, sanitary and fire protection system, as well as electrical and communication system for The Forestias Project.
The Forestias is a nature-integrated comprehensive development located at Bangna, Bangkok with a total area of 480,000 sqm. It includes forest landscape, office building, medical complex as well as a variety of community development including residences, community centre, a 6-star boutique hotel, and a 4-star business hotel and serviced apartment.
The project incorporates green building technology in its design and operation system that targets to achieve the Gold rating of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) for Core & Shell. It is expected to be completed in August 2019.
JEC Thailand Awarded WHA Tower Project
JEC Thailand won the contract from WHA Group, a fully-integrated logistics and industrial facilities solutions provider in Thailand to supply, install, test and commission the mechanical systems at WHA Tower, its new headquarters in Bangna, Bangkok. Located at Bangna Road, Samutprakarn with a total area of 49,732 sqm, the tower is a 25-storey building comprises of office area, green area, canteen and 470 parking spaces.
The project team will also apply Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology in this project, facilitating a streamlined approach to deliver installation works on schedule and at the lowest possible cost. The project is expected to be completed in November 2020.

JEC Thailand Provides Air-conditioning System for Bang Pakong Combined Cycle Plant
JECT was awarded the contract for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the air-conditioning and ventilation system for Bang Pakong Combined Cycle Plant in Chachoengsao Province. The company will supply and install 330-ton airconditioners, roof ventilation fans, dampers and air louvers, and wall ventilation fans to ten industrial buildings of the plant with a total area of 1,680,000 sqm.
The project will be completed in January 2020.
JEC Thailand Engages in TPP Healthcare International Project
JECT was awarded the contract for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of sanitary and fire protection system, electrical and communication system, as well as air conditioning and ventilation system for TPP Healthcare International Project. The chiller plant will also be equipped with energy saving features of approximately 0.62 kW per ton.
The project is located at Khlong Toei, Bangkok with a total area of 116,000 sqm. The healthcare centre consists of 23 floors, two basements with 550 beds for patients, and is designed to meet the Gold Level requirement of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED).
The project is expected to be completed in February 2020.
