Role Summary

 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our security operation team in the control room to ensure our services are delivered to clients in a smooth, timely and quality manner.

 

 

Job Duties:

  • Provide customer service to our key clients by responding to their enquiries in a timely and quality way
  • Work closely with security operation team on ad-hoc work arrangement and assign technicians to attend emergency service call
  • Handle general office duties including data maintenance, photocopying, enquiry handling as well as job order record keeping
  • Perform other ad-hoc assignments as required
  • Work Pattern: 6-day work week (Mon-Sat), work on shift basis (8.5 hours per shift), Day: 0730-1600 / Evening: 1500-2330. Shift allowance provided
  • Work location: Kwun Tong Control Room

Job Requirements:

  • HKCEE/DSE holder or above
  • Minimum 3 years of clerical support experience, experience in Customer Services / Call Centre is highly advantageous
  • Detail-minded, willing to take up responsibility with good coordination and communication skills
  • Good Command of both English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office including Words, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate availability is highly preferable

Site Supervisor, Projects

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with consultant, sub-contractor and main contractor
  • Supervision of construction works and handle coordination works at sites and to ensure targeted completion dates are met
  • Ensure safe work environment on site
  • Liaise and update Project Manager and main con on site
  • To comply with the local authority requirements and approved drawings
  • Prepare necessary submission prior to project execution

Requirements

  • Technical certification/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ project experience, preferably in handling ACMV, HVAC
  • Good understanding and knowledge in BMS and ACMV
  • Coretrade Supervisor certification is a must
  • Good interpersonal skills and pro-active to problem-solving
  • Those with stronger experience will be considered for the Snr. Site Supervisor role
  • 5.5 day work week

Site Safety Supervisor, Projects (EHS)

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and inspect work sites to ensure that safe work practices are carried out in all work operations and compliant with the OSHA, ISO & WSH Act requirements.
  • Conduct and organize EHS audits, trainings, meetings and promotional programs to raise employee awareness and knowledge when required.
  • Assist in the investigation of incidents if occurs and make sound recommendations where required.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies on safety related notices & issues, ensuring certifications are up to date and relevant.
  • Preparation of all documentations and bridging documents required by Company’s specification and Job Safety Analysis.
  • Carry out any other assignments as assigned by the Project Manager and immediate Supervisor

Requirements

  • Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health
  • Familiar with the statutory requirements related to WSH Act and other aspect of safety
  • 3 years of safety experience in Construction/Building field
  • A team player and ability to work independently and influence others
  • Singaporeans preferred

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for project management duties which includes tendering, design and execution of fitting out or A&A projects.

  • Supervise a team of Project Coordinators for fitting out or A&A projects;
  • Control and monitor overall site activities and liaise with clients, suppliers and subcontractors;
  • Provide technical advice and ensure all site installation works comply with contractual and statutory requirement;
  • Train up subordinates on project management skills.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Building Studies or other engineering related discipline;
  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience in fitting out or building service related projects;
  • Proficient knowledge in project management and problem solving skill;
  • A good decision maker with strong people management skill;
  • An excellent communicator with good command of both English and Chinese;
  • Highly motivated, proactive and enthusiastic individual;
  • Familiar with MS Office Project and AutoCAD.
