Jardine Engineering Co., Ltd. is the first business established in Thailand by Jardine Matheson Thailand, officially founded in 1934. Throughout more than 90 years of operations, JEC Thailand has consistently contributed to significant national projects and continues to be recognized as one of the country’s leading mechanical and electrical contractors.

For over 90 years of operation, JEC Thailand has been committed to delivering MEP services of internationally recognized quality standards that meet client needs through a robust quality management system and a continuously developed workforce, ensuring the highest level of trust and confidence among clients and stakeholders.

We provide cost estimation, MEP system installation, and design quality control services for clients who require MEP solutions. This includes new construction, renovation, and maintenance projects across office buildings, hotels, shopping centers, convention centers, healthcare facilities, factories, warehouses, public utilities, electronics manufacturing, pharmaceutical production, the food and beverage industry, data centers, the energy sector, and many others.

Rachaphan Kovitarngkoon Managing Director

Mr. Rachaphan Kovitarngkoon joined JEC Thailand in 2002. Currently, he has been working with company for over 20 years of various experience in Project Management, Contract Management. Including building up relationship with customers and partners both in Thailand and overseas.

He oversee both Operation Function such as M&E Contracting division, Technical Services division, Energy & Building Technology division and all Support Function.
Weerapong U-Tachakul Head of MEP Contracting

Mr. Weerapong U-Tachakul is the Director of Project Engineering at Jardine Engineering Co., Ltd. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Prince of Songkla University and joined the company in 1988. With more than 30 years of experience in building engineering projects, he specializes in M&E system design, project management, and EPC contract administration. His key project contributions in Thailand include factories, bank headquarters, office buildings, hospitals, shopping malls, the Mandarin Oriental Bangkok, cleanroom facilities, the Suvarnabhumi Airport Passenger Terminal, the Government Complex Commemorating His Majesty the King’s 80th Birthday, and combined-cycle power plant projects.
Opas Boonvas Head of MEP Contracting

Mr. Opas Boonvas joined Jardine Engineering Thailand in 1995. He graduated from Mechanical Engineering from the Prince of Songkla University. He has over 25 years of engineering experience in M&E Contracting projects such as malls, subways, office buildings, carpark, education institute.
Wuttichai Kaewpairoj Head of Energy & Building Technology

Mr. Wuttichai Kaewpairoj is the Head of Energy & Building Technology Division of Jardine Engineering Thailand. He joined Jardine Engineering Thailand in 1991 with over 30 years of working experience in engineering businesses. He specializes in the supply of engineering services, along with innovation products and advanced installation technology. His job scope has expanded to include energy and facility management, advanced installation technology and innovation engineering products to serve customer requirements with the best product and innovative solution.
Pongpeera Sae-kow Head of Technical Services

Mr. Pongpeera Sae-kow graduated Master Degree of Architectural Engineering in Mechanical from The Pennsylvania State University. He has been working with the company for over 14 years with in-depth experience in testing & commissioning as well as leading the BIM team to develop models and shop drawings for various M&E contracting projects including airport, office buildings, department stores, hotel, hospitals, embassy and subway. He is also accredited with international M&E engineering standards such as ATD, DGNB, LEED, NEBB and WELL.
Pornsawan Choosoon General Manager, Business Development and Supply Chain

Mr. Pornsawan Choosoon has worked with Jardine Engineering Co., Ltd. for over 34 years. Throughout his tenure, he has developed expertise in cost estimation for building engineering systems, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other systems related to large-scale construction projects, as well as factory and data center projects.

Beyond his technical capabilities, Mr. Pornsawan plays a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with the company’s clients and business partners. His commitment, professionalism, and understanding of client needs have earned him long-standing recognition and trust within the engineering industry.
Chalamporn Athivitavas General Manager, Finance, Accounting & Administration

Mrs. Chalamporn Athivitavas joined Jardine Engineering Thailand in 2020. She has over 23 years of finance & accounting experience. She is also experienced in taxation and liaison with Revenue Department and external auditors as well as setting up new companies overseas.
Prapatsorn Thepsen General Manager, People and Culture

Ms. Prapatsorn Thepsen is the General Manager, People and Culture of Jardine Engineering Thailand. She joined Jardine Matheson Thailand in 1992 and joined Jardine Engineering Thailand in 2000. She has over 25 years of experience in the people and culture (human resources) function.
Attasit Wittayakitpipat General Manager – Technology Innovation and Sustainability

Mr. Attasit has over 20 years of experience in Jardine Engineering Thailand. His experiences are in quality management system which is related to all company process and in terms of quality control and safety. He is lead IT team to support business operation and apply Digital Tools to support company transformation to be Digital Workplace to enhance business efficiency. Apart from Digital Transformation, he also encouraged company to be more paperless which aim for environment aspect and drove organization to be sustainable business.

2025

The company was certified by Bureau Veritas Thailand in three ISO systems:
– Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015)
– Environmental Management System (ISO 14001:2015)
– Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001:2018)

2024

With a commitment to developing technology and work innovation to its fullest potential, Jardine successfully completed the first assembly and installation of a Prefabrication Modular at the Dusit Thani Hotel project.

2022

Jardine was entrusted to install MEP and electrical systems for a Data Centre project by a global company, handling an IT load of 8.0 MV.

2019

The first project to adopt Prefabrication Innovation at SYM

2015

The first project to fully adopt BIM technology in developing 3D shop drawings at the AECB Project.

2014

The first adoption of BIM technology and the establishment of the JEC Thailand’s BIM Center.

2013

Jardine Engineering (Myanmar) Co., Ltd. was established in December 2013 to conduct business in Myanmar, operating under the supervision of Jardine Engineering Thailand.

2012

Supply, install, and commission a comprehensive backbone building operation system for the new Mega Bangna shopping complex, Southeast Asia’s first low-rise regional mall, with a total building area of 400,000 square metres

2007

Selected as the MEP systems contractor of the New Head Office Building of Bank of Thailand (BOT) with the total area of the building of 97, 137 square meters.

2008

Install the largest District Cooling System and Cogeneration Plant (total area of 2,500 sq.m.) at the 80th Anniversary Commemoration of His Majesty the King’s Government Complex, Chaeng Watthana.
