Following the major floods that affected several regions of Thailand starting in September, Jardine opened a call for support among its employees to help alleviate the hardships caused by the flooding. Employees donated essential items in good condition, which were collected and delivered to the Mirror Foundation for distribution to those impacted.

In addition, Jardine contributed to the “Flood Relief Project” organized by the Thai Red Cross Society by providing monetary donations to support relief efforts during this difficult time.

We extend our gratitude to all Jardine employees for their generosity. Jardine also expresses heartfelt concern and encouragement to all individuals affected by the floods across Thailand.

On 20 October 2023, Jardine Engineering Co., Ltd. hosted a meeting for the Circular Economy in Construction Industry (CECI) collaboration group. The event brought together members from more than 36 leading organizations in the construction industry to discuss progress and exchange knowledge on waste management and reduction practices in line with the principles of a circular economy.

During the meeting, Jardine shared its experiences and approaches to prefabrication in building systems and guided participants on a tour of a live installation at one of the company’s demonstration projects. The company also plans to continue sharing knowledge on this topic with interested parties in the future.

At the NOVA BUILD EXPO 2023, an exhibition showcasing innovations in building design, construction, and related products organized by EEC Academy from 13–15 September 2023 at Halls 103-104, BITEC, Bangna, the event focused on three key dimensions (ESI):

1) Eco System – Environmentally conscious buildings
2) Sustainability – Buildings promoting sustainability for communities and the planet
3) Innovation for Well-Being – Buildings enhancing living quality and operational efficiency

Jardine showcased Prefabrication Modular work in the Pavilion zone. Furthermore, the company’s prefabrication project was selected to receive the Nova Build Award. Three representatives from the M&E Contracting team attended to accept the award on behalf of the company.
